The company is the fruit of passion for fish.

The founder is Marcin Jesiołowski, who, as an avid angler from an early age, initially started his education at the Inland Fisheries Technical School in Lodz. He followed his internships and secondary education were with studies at the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn at the Faculty of Environmental Protection and Fisheries. After graduation, he started working at the world's leading salmon fish farm near Bytów, where, mind you, he is still involved in its development.

The experience gained and the needs of aquaculture in the field of professional consulting have made Hydrofarm Design & Consulting a market leader in this respect.
